How Reconca handles website information.

Information you provide

When you use our contact form, we collect the name, work email, company, reporting state, and message you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss Reconca’s services.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and interactions such as demo-button clicks, contact-form starts, and successful form submissions. We do not send contact-form entries, names, email addresses, company names, tax information, ERP data, or financial files to Google Analytics.

Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in our analytics configuration.

Storage and security

Contact inquiries are stored in the site’s private database and are not displayed publicly. Reconca uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect submitted information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Your choices

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their privacy settings. You may also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on if you prefer not to participate in Google Analytics measurement.
